Low season nightly rate is $975.00. Nightly rates fluctuate during low, mid, and high-season and holidays, and are subject to change at any time. In addition to the nightly rate, all booking are subject to a $350 administrative fee, a 11% tax, and a $450 cleaning fee. Currently, all bookings are made through VRBO at this LINK.
